Exchange And Refund Policy


We facilitate all your exchange requests, regardless of the nature of your issue. You can massage us at +92 309 8527788, email us at and Exchange policy remains valid for 24 hours after you have received the product. Any return received after 24 hours will be considered invalid. In case of exchange, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the article)

○ There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:  

  •  Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  •  The product is damaged because of use.
  •  The product has been tampered. 

Bare in mind that we do not cover any costs regarding size changes & exchanges that were caused by the customer.As we're already dealing on marginal profits; covering costs for customer negligence would not suffice for us as a company. 


Refund will only occur if:

  1. The Wrong item was sent.
  2. The item was defective or unavailable from the manufacturing end.
  3. The item was damaged in shipping.

You can claim a refund within 24 hours from the date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
Once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a pre-order, only half of the advance payment will be refunded.
